NorthSpring Capital Partners is a private equity fund whose goal is to inspire Canada’s next generation of entrepreneurs to complete a Management Buyout of the business they currently manage. We also provide growth capital to enable innovative manufacturing and processing companies to take advantage of growth opportunities. Our focus is on the underserved market of small and medium sized enterprises requiring between $250,000 and $1 million of patient debt and equity to achieve their goals.
